Benjamin Netanyahu Claims Israel Prevented Iran's Nuclear Threat, Vows Continued Security Operations

Benjamin Netanyahu Says Israel Prevented Iran's Nuclear Ambitions

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared that preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons remains his foremost mission and a central objective of Israel's national security strategy.

During a recent press conference, Netanyahu stated that Israel, alongside its allies, had conducted extensive military operations aimed at disrupting Iran's nuclear and missile programs. According to him, these actions significantly damaged Iran's military infrastructure, missile production facilities, and nuclear-related capabilities.

The Prime Minister claimed that Israel's operations eliminated key military leaders, targeted strategic facilities, and caused substantial economic losses to Iran. He argued that without these actions, Iran would have been much closer to obtaining nuclear weapons, posing what he described as a serious threat to Israel's security.

Netanyahu emphasized that Israel's campaign was not limited to Iran alone. He highlighted military actions against groups allied with Iran across the region, including operations in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and the West Bank.

Speaking about the conflict with Hamas, Netanyahu said Israel had targeted senior Hamas leaders and conducted large-scale military operations aimed at weakening the organization's capabilities. He also referenced actions against Hezbollah, claiming that Israel significantly reduced the group's military strength and missile stockpiles.

The Israeli leader further stated that security zones had been established around Israel's borders to prevent future attacks and strengthen national defense. He stressed that Israel would continue maintaining these security measures for as long as necessary.

Netanyahu described the recent military campaigns as a turning point in Israel's security doctrine, saying the country now takes a more proactive approach against threats. He asserted that Israel is currently stronger than ever, while its regional adversaries have become significantly weaker.

Looking ahead, the Prime Minister pledged to continue countering security threats, strengthen Israel's defense industry, invest heavily in military capabilities, and expand regional alliances.

Concluding his remarks, Netanyahu thanked Israeli citizens and security forces for their support and resilience, expressing confidence that Israel would continue to overcome future challenges.
